Common FAQs
Q: Which locations do you serve?
A: The studio is located at 7032 Mill Rd. Brecksville, OH 44141. I also serve Cleveland, Brecksville, Westlake, Canton, Akron & the rest of the lovely state of Ohio!
Q: HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
A: The sooner, the better! I recommend booking during your second trimester, but feel free to reach out later too.
Q: HOW DO YOU PLAN A SESSION DATE WHEN DUE DATES AREN’T CERTAIN
A:I mark your due date on my calendar and remain available a week before or after.
If your baby comes early or late, we can still schedule the photo session within the optimal newborn period.
Parents notify me when the baby arrives, and we plan a session that allows for mom’s recovery time.
I understand the importance of letting new parents adjust to life with their baby before scheduling a session.
Q: DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
A: I have all kinds of props, blankets, wraps, headbands, and hats for both boys and girls in a range of colors and shades, but if you have a sentimental teddy or blanket, please bring these with you as we may be able to incorporate these into the session.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET the PHOTOS BACK?
A: Once your session is over you'll receive your digital gallery within about 1-2 weeks. You'll be able to download them, along with a PDF for the printing rights, you'll also be able to share with family and friend easily. You will have the option to order prints and products through the online gallery which is the only way I can guarantee 100% color accuracy.
Q: MY BABY HAS ALREADY BEEN BORN, CAN I STILL BOOK A SESSION?
A: Yes! If I have had a last minute cancellation or a baby has arrived early/late I may have some availability so it is always worth asking if your baby is already here.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Typically around 2-3 Hours
Q: Do you do retouches on the photos?
A: Absolutely! My priority is to ensure that your little one shines in every frame, while preserving their precious, natural look.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE BABY PLANS?
A: Yes, I do! 25% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments until your due date.
Q: WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES OR DOESN'T SETTLE?
A: This is totally natural and doesn't tend to last the entire session. I have tricks that I use to help baby fall asleep and stay asleep, as long as the session prep guide is read and followed as closely as possible.
If baby cries and no amount of soothing, changing, feeding and burping changes this we can simply reschedule your session as it may be that they are coming down with something, or they may be having tummy troubles. More often, with some time, patience and perseverance all babies will settle and we will be able to create beautiful images – awake or asleep. If baby is awake and calm, I like to take advantage of this time and photograph them awake. This always creates such beautiful images of your baby.
q:Can siblings be included in the sessions?
A: Yes, I love including the sibling in the photographs.

To book, please email me with your due date to get the booking process started! I’ll collect a $200 retainer from you to get your due date reserved and then your session balance will be due 7 days prior to your session.
